I need diet tips my docter said i could die or something (wasnt really listining) from my old diet so if anybody knows some please comment.

try weight watchers. It works for me (When I Follow The Program) I lost over 30lbs but have gained 1/2 back by trying my old ways. Meh I start back 2morrow. All U do is count points. Check out thier website for more info. Jackie |




The only things I can suggest are drink a lot of water--8-9 glasses a day, get out and be active at least 30 minutes a day and if you're still hungry after you've eaten, wait 20 minutes before you eat anything else. It takes that long for your body to register as full.
